Here we share our own knowledge to those are starting out, having specific issues or want to to learn new techniques.

Providing short basic clips showing and explaining how to read your horse, find relaxation & acceptance, pressure and release, know when to finish on a good note, as well as basic handling like catching, tying, loading onto a float or truck, desensitizing, starting a horse under saddle.  We also plan to show hints and tips for Mum’s and kids including activities, equipment ideas, tricks and tips for turnout.

Nitro Equine has taken parts of different horse training philosophies and apply what’s required to get a result for that specific horse. Training systems and coaches we have learnt from and admire include Andrew McLean, Warrick Schiller, Vicki Wilson, Jody Hartstone. Relevant Methods relevant to our disciplines and the way we do things here in New Zealand for New Zealand people and their horses.
