ABOUT US

With well thought about matches of broodmares to stallions - Nitro Equine are breeding quality horses and ponies. Combined with expert handling, schooling and competing we are producing competitive future mounts for riders.

Our favorite breeds include imported lines of quality Welsh, Connemara, German Riding Pony, Morgan, European lines and of course our own New Zealand station-bred, beach and bush horses.

Set up in Wanganui by Rachael Kirk, to future breed ponies for her competitive daughter. We breed 2-4 horses and ponies a year with intention to produce them as far as we can before sold but they are all for sale for a price even the special ones.
 

Along with the help of her of her family including daughter Emma Roberts, catch riders and past team members we are getting our brand recognized across New Zealand for not only our own bred horses but for campaigning Sale on Behalf horses too.
