Chunky gentleman requires new adventures on a farm, as lead rein ONLY for low level shows, pony club or weekend rides at the grandparents.
 
Hosta is a multi champion pony in-hand he has been there done that when it comes to being a kids pony. He endures holidays programmes, pony rides and parties too but deserves to be out and about with his own little person. I'd rather see him off on new adventures with an understanding family trekking etc than working in an arena.
 
He is a little toad and has lots of small pony traits...*Unties himself.
*Slips his halter when tied up.
*Slips his bridle while standing in the ring.
*Needs a grass rein always.
*Is quite nappy.
*Nips the leader at times.
*Needs food intake managed.
But he is a character, much loved and forgiven for his cons.
 
Sound as, never founded or had laminitis or the like, still has oodles of energy and many years ahead. Can take him in road rides, to the beach etc he just plods along, can be led off another horse or trotting behind the quad bike.
 
Hosta is broken to cart and really enjoys it. I think he would do well with a competitive driver. He is not spooky, sensible and has super movement.
