Ahi was professionally started in mid-2023 by Western rider Catherine Ladd. Since then, she has done pony club, dressage, plenty of hacking out at the beach, forest, farm and road rides and even some dressage tests with her young novice para rider who was our sponsored rider for a season. We have also jump schooled coloured poles and some xc/hunter jumps. She has also attended the National Young Horse show and local jumping events.
Ahi is a straightforward young horse with no dirt. She has been brought on slowly with variety. She is a blank canvas for a competent rider wanting a quality, well-bred horse who will be equally good in any discipline.
She has one splint on her hind leg that appeared in the paddock in March 2026 it has been inspected and confirmed by a vet. Pre-Purchase inspection and x-rays welcomed.
Will only be sold to a competition home.
